Our tire wire separation system is the core component of waste tire recycling. Through the powerful crushing of the tire shredder and the efficient sorting of the tire wire separator, it automatically and continuously processes the entire waste tire into high-purity steel wire and uniformly sized 30mm rubber crumbs, achieving complete separation and recycling of the tire components (rubber and steel wire).

Feeding and Shredding
Whole scrap tires are fed into the tire shredder via a conveyor belt, where they are broken into small pieces by powerful shear forces.
Preliminary Steel Wire Separation
The shredded rubber blocks enter the tire wire separator, where the high-speed impact and friction of the tire separate the majority of the steel wire from the rubber.
Magnetic Separation and Purification
The separated mixture passes through a powerful magnetic separator, where the steel wire is automatically attracted and collected, resulting in clean recycled steel wire.
