Working Principle

Raw Material Feeding: Scrap rubber products are fed into the machine’s feed port.
Dual-Shaft Shredding: The dual-shafts rotate synchronously, using high-strength blades to shear and tear the raw material for initial crushing.
Return Material Screening: Shredded material enters a disc screen, which separates the material with acceptable particle size. Substandard material is automatically returned to the shredder through a return system for secondary crushing.
Finished Product Discharge: Qualified material is discharged from the discharge port, completing the crushing process.
