Twin shaft tire shredder designed specifically for scrap tire recycling, this twin-shaft shredder integrates a dual-shaft shredder unit and a disc screen re-feed system. The twin-shaft counter-rotating shearing system shreds the tires, while the disc screen precisely separates qualified and substandard materials. Substandard materials are automatically recycled for re-shredding, making the entire tire shredding process highly efficient and resolving issues such as large tires and incomplete shredding.
Scrap tires: Passenger tires, truck tires, construction vehicle tires, motorcycle tires, and other types of scrap tires;
Rubber waste: Rubber seals, rubber tubes, rubber pads, and scrap rubber product scraps;
Other rubber parts: Scrap industrial rubber parts, rubber conveyor belts, rubber shoe soles, etc.
Raw Material Feeding: Scrap rubber products are fed into the machine’s feed port.
Dual-Shaft Shredding: The dual-shafts rotate synchronously, using high-strength blades to shear and tear the raw material for initial crushing.
Return Material Screening: Shredded material enters a disc screen, which separates the material with acceptable particle size. Substandard material is automatically returned to the shredder through a return system for secondary crushing.
Finished Product Discharge: Qualified material is discharged from the discharge port, completing the crushing process.
Complete Crushing: The dual-shaft counter-rotating design and disc screen return system ensure uniform material size and eliminate any uncrushed material.
